I'm using an ABP940-UA SCSI card hooked to a Yamaha 4x4x16
CDRW. When I reinstalled Linux today I got that boot
menu. I think you just have to have a BIOS (system or
controller BIOS -- usually SCSI) which supports booting off
the CDROM.
