Sure, cdrecord and mkisofs are the 2 main programs you'll need. They're both
console apps though, but there are many nice frontends for X that burn CD's
using both of these programs. xcdroast is one of them, and a pretty nice one
too. search on http://freshmeat.net and judge for yourself.
