If what you're are saying it true, registering all combos of mixed case
domain would be rather expensive.  Try:

TrIb.CoM
trib.COM
Trib.coM
TRib.com
TRIb.com
TRIB.com
TRIB.Com

They all work.  Domain names are not case sensitive.

This does not verify your premise, since both forms of the domain
name may have been registered (alias).
