To Mandrake Management:

Yes, I agree, this inundation is not necessary, and is an impediment to the
rendering of effective support. There is a damn good reason to have a separation
between the levels of expertise in Linux experience. Mandrake management, please
take a look, and straighten out this debacle before many "jump the ship."
