Done. I have pgcc-c++ from MDK v6.1 installed => pgcc-c++-1.1.3-3mdk

/usr/bin/c++
I even tried creating a link from /usr/bin/c++ to /usr/bin/cpp to see if
configure was looking for 'cpp' but that didn't work either.
