I got the same setting on my server too...
Loading up your windows, copy down the address of your UltraDMA66 Raid Card Address
from control panel!
Mine:-

During first boot of the Installation CD... type
linux ide2=0xa400 ide3=0xb400
Remeber to add this on your /etc/lilo.conf!
append "ide2=0xa400 ide3=0xb400"
