that's what I'm tried to say : had never a bad surprise with powerfails.
For
example, sometimes if we have a thunderstorm, the power fails. I never
have seen
a linuxbox, which had problems after such situations and during the
boot-phase.
But have seen some winboxes of our customers with some problems.
So you must not worry about a powerfail. For shure, if you make this as
a
standard-procedure, it can happen, that the one or other file can get
troubles,
but it is not the principle.
A very good prevent for abrupted powerfails would be a look for an asp.
You can get some for about 100 US$ or about 125 CAN$. But I dont't know,
where you can take a look for some. Maybe, someone on this list have
idea, where you can get one.
