Maybe you can do the program by yourself :

If do type 'last' on a shell line, you'll get the connections of everyuser,
but also the reboot/restart dates.

If last tells you nothing, then maybe you've got to touch some files, so
that it can record data.

Do a 'man last' for more information.

That's the way I'd do it, but maybe there's another way to achieve it...
