[expert] tcsh, man in Mandrake 7.1

Hi folks,

I just installed Mandrake 7.1 on a hard drive on my machine.  Ive tried
to do any man from the command line in tcsh like:

> man ls

It returns an error with less saying something to the effect of -= not
supported.

doing the same thing in bash, it works fine...

Any suggestions as to what is wrong?
