Darn. 7.0 set my scanner up perfectly. After my 18 hour upgrade on
another machine, I just did a clean install of 7.1.
No scanner device found. It sees it while booting and shows up in
proc, but xscanimage doesn't find it, and worse locks the machine.
I put 7.0 back on and there it is again working away.
Anybody else lose the scanner with 7.1?
