Hi!
I've tried to install KDE2Beta2 on Mandrake 7.0. The only dependency problem I
got is this:
libkonsole.so.1 is needed by kdebase-1.91-1
But I was not man enough to find out what package I was missing. So I ignored
deps and installed all of the packages. But does anybody know what package it
is? The KDE and KDE2 konsole works fine.

kmail: error in loading shared libraries: kmail: undefined symbol:
_t24__default_alloc_template2b1i0.free_list
[espen@localhost ekt]$ kword
kword: error in loading shared libraries: kword: undefined symbol:
_t24__default_alloc_template2b1i0.free_list

Launching the new kmail or kword gives the error message above? Has anyone on
the list experienced the same? Is it just a bug one should expect in Beta or is
it something I can do about it except downloading the newest version? Has it
something to do with my dependency problem?
Anyway I really look forward to when its finished, it's awesome already in
beta. Especially Konqueror, its FAST!
I'd really appreciate some help, though I'm not sure if this is the right list
to put these questions on, perhaps I should sign up on a KDE2 mailing list?
