[expert] Tulip Driver on LM 7.1

I saw the discussion awhile back about the tulip drivers (specifically the
Linksys LNE100TX card).  However I never really did see a resolution to
this.  I am currently trying to get the tulip driver to compile on LM7.1
however it is coming up with many errors.  If anyone could shed some light
on this I would be very greatful.
