Generally good advice to check for shared interrupts, except for PCI
interupts. the PCI spec requires that PCI device interrupts be chainable,
so shared interrupts for PCI are OK. A good PCI setup program won't chain
interrupts unless it has to, but it is perfectly OK for it do do so.
