[expert] KDE colors not changing after update to 7.1

A few days ago I updated my LInux Mandrake from 7.0 to 7.1, now I can�t changehe 
colors in my desktop to anything else, even when I change from theme to
theme, main colors don�t change, only the borders. Can anybody help me fix this
problem. Has this happened to anybody else?
