[expert] iso-8859-2 fonts

ISO-8859-2 fonts worked fine in MDK 7.0, but it seems that is not the 
case with 7.1. KDE's fontmanager doesn't see them. I can't understand 
what's wrong, maybe because drakfont or the new menus?
