This all sounds quite clear to me. I don't think I'll have probs
with the USB connect. My prob lies in gphoto not supporting my
camera.
It's a Toshiba PDR-M5. gphoto supports the M1 but when I
connected via serial port the signals came through but gphoto
did not accept the camera.
So for the moment I'm forced to switch to M$ when needing to d'l
the pictures. Or is there any way around that?
Camera comes with USB and serial support (and cables).
