[expert] where are the templates in KDE|and where is pt_BR.kimap

Hi

    I'm using Mandrake 7.1 final, and some things don't work, in KDE,
like before. One this is the templates whose I use to create a new icon
in the desktop. Where is
    Second, I install Mandrake with brasilian keybord and it works well
in console, but in KDE not, because it don't find the pt_BR.kimap. Where
I find it
    I have a Assus V6600 Series 3D graphics card (GeoForce256-32Mb),
somelse have the same card...there are any capture video soft for this
card...
