What about Netscape 4.74?  Will it be included in the standard distribution,
or will the users have to download it from the crypto sites?  I mean,
starting from 4.74 on, all Communicator versions will have 128bit
encryption, and upto 4.73 the 128bit versions were only available from the
crypto sites.
