It could be in any one of the network-related startup scripts, depending on
how you configured your network interface.  Generally, it's specified via
the 'route add default gw xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx' command, which is usually run at
boot by a file in the "/etc/rc.d/init.d" directory.  Off the top of my
head, try checking /etc/rc.d/init.d/network and /etc/sysconfig/network.
