Good advise, but I think I'll wade through this a little more first.
I'm in the process of going through MCSE training and being on these
lists (new, exp, changelog and cooker) adds up to about 350 messages a
day! I have been hitting the online docs though, and I think I'm
getting somewhere; I felt the same helpless feeling when I started using
Linux.
