They are in .src.rpm's.  The kernel-source rpm is not specifically intended
for you to be able to rebuild *that* kernel.  Please note that a compile
option was turned on in the 2.2.13-*mdk kernels that makes them incompatible
with some third party (binary only) applications/drivers that compile
against the kernel, notable OSS commercial.

They also should be found in /usr/doc/kernel-%{vesrsion} as
kernel-%{version}-i586.config
