[expert] LILO & EZ-Drive Software - Potential Conflict?

For those of you that have to use EZ-Disk because your BIOS cannot 
support Large harddrives (>8Gigs):

Can LILO and the EZ-Disk software exist together on the MBR portion of 
the harddrive?
