Yes, a USB printer that works perfectly. The crash is unrelated to its
power on or power-off status. Mandrake 7.0 with the older kernel worked
perfectly with the printer too.
I also have a philips webcam that works when I load the modules. The
computer still crashes, modules off or on.
In any case devices should not cause the kernel to hang with a iput
error.
