So, how does one gain access to the Zope management
interface on an "out-of-the-box" install? (Mandrake
7.1) I've been experimenting with it as a package I
installed myself on other flavors of Linux. Yesterday
I installed a new Mandrake 7.1 box and selected zope
as on of the sets of packages. Now, the "zope"
process is running, and performing a
"/etc/rc.d/init.d/zope status" produces

zwatchdog (pid xxxx) is running
zserver (pid xxxx) is running

Connecting to "http://localhost:8080/manage" (ie.,
like in the default zope install) yields no results.
Connecting to "http://localhost" yields the default
Apache page.

So, how do I attach a browser session to zope?

Also, how do I find or modify the "root" password for
zope? It is set when zope is installed, but of
course, I didn't do the install, it was a Mandrake
package.

This seems to me like a Mandrake specific issue. I
could install it myself, but that seems like a waste
of effort if Mandrake has already done it, I just need
to know how to get at it. Unfortunately, searching
the Mandrake site and mailing list archive doesn't
give me any answers.

Any help would be appreciated.

Rob
