No you don't. You have a 133MHz  __memory__ bus.
The PCI bus (used for disk and other peripherals) is still 
a 33MHz bus (although for disk, UDMA/66 allows for doubling

Don't ever do this !!! You could at the very least, lose data,
and very possibly __fry__ your hardware ...
