[expert] Dependency Problem

Hi.

I am trying to install modutils-2.3.14-1.i386.rpm but I'm getting the
following error:

Dependency Problem:
/sbin/is_depmod_necessary is needed by initscripts-4.72-13mdk

Does anyone know where I can get this file?
