Yes, the answer is it's either built into the operating system or bundled with
your distribution. Go to http://www.linuxdocs.org/ and look at the IPMASQ, 
IPCHAINS and DNS Howto's and also look at 'man dhcpd' and any one of a dozen
smtp/pop3 mailer daemons out there.

It's tools like Winroute that make me laugh when MS claims that the TCO of
NT compared to Linux is lower in a server environment.
