It does work on NT 4. I think the registry key is even the same (what a
concept!). Details are on the NT Emacs web page, which you can get to from
mine, below.

It does not work on Windows 9x.

If you use Emacs, BTW, NT Emacs is GNU Emacs compiled for NT using
VC++. It works amazingly well.
