I had an issue with RPMDrake installing RPMs from my windows partition.. I downloaded the full cooker dir into my windows partition, then mounted this partition without linux. When I would go to add that directory into RPMDrake, it wouldn't give an error, but wouldn't give me any RPMs to install. To get it to recognize the RPMs, I had to create a symbolic link'ed dir off of my root that pointed to the mounted windows directory..
