[expert] NT permissions on Linux

Hi, i have just made a Folders Back up from NT to Linux.. but i want to retain
the same user and passwords that i have in my domain controller ( in NT) in
order to use them in my linux  server and withou having to create 1 by 1 all
the users in my linux box... is this possible? is there any way that my linux
take the permission from NT and put them here?
