Well, I don't even want to know why the hell you must have telnet
under dosemu, instead of just using the linux telnet client, but I
suppose you have a good reason which I might even vaguely understand
without explanation...

Anyway, a friend of mine wrote something like you're asking for, and
doesn't mind sharing the executables nor the source, but he warned me
that it's not a pure DOS app, but a WinXX Console app.
