This can be done in many ways .... one that i have tested myself is using
"virtusertable" definitions ..... for example - if your exchange server is
at IP address 192.168.1.100 than you would insert the following line into
/etc/mail/virtusertable :

@yourdomain             %1@[192.168.1.100]

and run "make" from /etc/mail directory or rebuild virtusertable.db by hand
...
