Hey man i am through with this telnet server is still not working I have checked the /etc/inetd.conf file & telnet line is not commited out the host.allow & host .deny are fine i even have reinstalled mandrake :-) But ............................. Tell me please how can we check that telnet server is running or not also does telnet server apper in the setup configration program under the startup programs ? thanks Faisal
