When using XFree 4, did you comment the DGA line of
/etc/X11/XF86Config-4 ?

I use LM7.2, XFree 4, and kwintv shows tv images for me, bad without
sound :-[
If you manage to have it work could you inform us ?
PS : The version package of kwintv is 0.80-2mdk directly from LM7.2, and
not 0.84.
