Ok, I got the other portion resolved as well.  After swapping the source and
destinations for my IP Chains, I was able to eliminate the other error in connecting
to the MS PPTP Server.

I would like to recommend one change in the Prerequisites for the pptp-client , that
is the Newer PPP software.  Any version previous to the 2.4.0 does not appear to be
compatible.
