Hi,
I'm having problem with 'less', if I type 'man less' I recieve the
following errors:
sh-2.04# man less
There is no -= option ("less --help" for help)
Error executing formatting or display command.
System command (cd /usr/local/man ; (echo -e ".ll 11.8i\n.pl 1100i";
/bin/cat /usr/local/man/man1/less.1; echo ".pl \n(nlu+10") | /u
sr/bin/gtbl | /usr/bin/groff -Tlatin1 -mandoc | /usr/bin/less -is)
exited with status 1.
No manual entry for less
I also rebuilt less but that did not correct the problem, Any ideas?
Thanks,
Lou

Subject: Re: [expert] perl Makefile.PL
Well thats not right cause i can try to install those packages manually and
i
will give me the same message:
[root@desktop Tie-IxHash-1.21]# perl Makefile.PL
Checking if your kit is complete...
Looks good
Error: Unable to locate installed Perl libraries or Perl source code.
It is recommended that you install perl in a standard location before
building extensions. Some precompiled versions of perl do not contain
these header files, so you cannot build extensions. In such a case,
please build and install your perl from a fresh perl distribution. It
usually solves this kind of problem.
(You get this message, because MakeMaker could not find
"/usr/lib/perl5/5.6.0/i386-linux/CORE/perl.h")
The umodpack version is an allinone it includes these packages mentiond
anyway i can try to install them manually and still it wont find perl.
