The search happens with a search base of O=CRYPTOMATHIC.COM when the entry is in ou=sysadmin,c=dk,o=cryptomathic.com I have not actually done too much with LDAP based authentication so I might be wrong but this looks rather strange and it is the first thing I would look at.
