You first need to be able to get to the 141.57.1.0 network.

Can you ping it? That is, do you get anything with 
  ping 141.57.1.0

If so, I would add the following two commands to the end of
/etc/rc.d/rc.local

/sbin/route add -host 141.57.1.3 dev eth0
/sbin/route add default gw 141.57.1.3 dev eth0

There are other ways to do this; e.g. using the config files or
perhaps linuxconf, but I don't know about that.

If this fails, maybe you need to play with the netmask and broadcast
settings of your laptop.
