Move the folder /Mail from your old /home to your new /home and you got all 
of your old mail in. Then you go -> View -> Show Hidden Files and 
/.kde/share/apps/kmail/ if you got anything there you can move it over to the 
same folder in 7.2, move the addressbook to the /.kde/share/apps/kab/ in 7.2 
and import it in the KDE2 addressbook.
In /.kde/share/config/ you have the file kmailrc with all the configs you 
made.
