I would type:
find . -name "*.rpmorig" -exec rm -f {} \;
^replace this dot with a / to get rid of all .rpmorig files on the whole
system, but leave it a dot to erase just the ones in the current
directory you are in.
then---To erase all the *.rpmorig in your system,
replace the "." by a / symbol
