No, I'm not ready to believe that your SawFish is dead, it may look dead but if you push the middle mouse-button you should see a menu popping up with most of the information you need! But it doesn't have a panel or icons or anything else to show, instead it seems to be just a fast spartan deskop alternative which can be nice too!
