This mysterious file is part of QT 2.1 or later in many distributions,
[Red Hat and Connectiva] but isn't included as part of Mandrakes
packages. I'm not sure what the purpose of the library is, [perhaps,
logically, it shouldn't be packaged along with QT] but it is necessary for
avifile, a DivX ;-) player for Linux.
Does anyone know what the file, whether it should be inside a QT package
or somewhere else, etc?
