DO NOT USE UPGRADE DO A CLEAN INSTALL

Of course that will still not guarantee a "no glitch" install
as each new version of LM since 6.0 has tossed a few quicks into
the kettle. I have tried not on laptops mind you but on desktop systems
serveral installs-versus-upgrades and each time the Installs have given
95% less trouble. In one case an upgrade took 6-8 hours on on old
P-120 only to see it crap out anyway which necessitated a clean
re-install.

BTW Some things which worked in LM 7.1 may not perform the same or
as well in LM 7.2 while others will work better. Sometimes its a dice roll
but to us enthusiats and if IT IS NOT A MISSION CRITICAL MACHINE, it
is well worth the aggravation.

Of course I still would like to know why my generic three button mouse
instantly recognized and initialized by LM 6.1 has never had the same
success since !? :)

Good Luck
