[expert] cgi help

Hi Guys

I can get the webserver work, but I can not get the cgi work.

I created the user name called "usertest" then I created 2 directory

under the user as public_html and cgi-bin. I change mode cgi-bin is 755

and the /cgi-bin/test.cgi 711. I already tried test.cgi in other server and it

worked fine. when ever I tried to connect to the server to run cgi it said:

You are not authorized to view this page

I tried both cgi-bin outside public_html and inside public_html folder,

but it still does not working.

ps: I can run the html file from inside the public_html as follow:

So Anyone have any idea about my problem, Please help
