[expert] USB ViewQuest CS330 Web Cam

Hi, all.

I've got a USB ViewQuest CS330 Web Cam that HardDrake has detected just fine 
(which was a miracle in itself, I must say).  The problem now is that I can't 
figure out how to enable it in gphoto (or even if that's the right app for 
the job).  Can anyone give me some advice?  I'm just looking to use it for 
videoconferencing and CUSeeMe.  TIA.
