Dear All,
I have a zoom external 56k v90 modem working mostly fine under stock
MDk7.2. I use kppp for dialup to freeserve, one of the biggest UK
ISP.In 80% of the cases kppp connects right away, but there are
times when it just stops with the error "no carrier". It is very
annoying, cause I can try unsuccesfuly 3-4 times, then suddenly it
just connects...
Is there any way to help this problem? Or is it the ISP side?
How can I make kppp to retry the connection after the "no carrier"?
(It is already setup for retry if the signal is busy, but it stops
when no carrier happens)
Any suggestions are welcome...
