While this has been discussed (to death??), as long as the Linux
community responds to criticism by climbing behind a "hey, it's free;
take what you get", there will be few advances into the Windows market
share.

Did you leave something out here?  Sounds like you're talking about a
test program that's separate from Cooker.  Where does one sign up for
this one?
