Hi Benjamin,
as author of Aquatica theme I suggested /.kde/share/apps/kstyle
to install your KDE2 themes localy because not all distributions install
KDE2 in /usr. So, /usr/share/apps/kstyle is good for ie. Mandrake distro
but is not good for ie. SuSe or RedHat which install KDE2 in /opt .
