Hi everybody,

Following a minimal 7.0 installation, I've been trying to upgrade by
installing selected 7.2 packages using RPM.
I have several problems, one major of which is the crash of drakxtools. The
following message is displayed after, e.g. XFdrake, executed:

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
        LANGUAGE = "en",
        LC_ALL = (unset),
        LANG = "en"
    are supported and installed on your system.
perl: warning: Falling back to the standard locale ("C").
Can't load '/usr/lib/libDrakX/auto/c/stuff/stuff.so' for module c::stuff:

I can spot that a missing "fdio" in module stuff.so is the problem, but I
cannot figure out a way to solve it.
Also, what do I have to do to correct locale error that perl prints?

Thanks in advance.

Ali
