[expert] Monitoring system

I have seen in a magazine a gnome-application that shows graphycally the
hard drive free space, amount of memory used, memory used for ecah
process and other system parameters, but I don't know the name of the
application and the URL to download it.
Does any one know how could be this programe or any similar?
